3. Bookings and Sessions

When you submit a booking request:

• Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Claire
• Session times are arranged directly via email following your booking request
• You agree to provide accurate contact information
• Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel

4. Contributions and Payments

Payments for sessions are made via PayPal. By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. All amounts are in GBP (£).

5. User Accounts

If you create an account on our premium portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at soulkeyalchemy@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
